The day count begins the first BUSINESS day AFTER your order ships.
Orders for IN STOCK items will usually ship within one business day. When possible, you order will ship the same business day.
In stock items with KEYING REQUIRED may take an additional 24 hours to process.
The UPS time in transit shipping schedule begins the following day - after your order has shipped.

Lockhouse.com will not guarantee day arrival for UPS Ground service
and will not compensate shipping charges for UPS delays in Ground Service.

UPS does not guarantee scheduled delivery under hazardous weather conditions.
"Business day" means Monday through Friday except the following holidays:

• Memorial Day
• Independence Day
• Labor Day
• Thanksgiving Day
• Day after Thanksgiving Day
• Christmas Day
• New Year’s Eve
