All Kwikset products we sell comes with a 30-day satisfaction guarantee.

Product Specific Exceptions:
Keyed entry locks
returned without keys will be accessed $4.00 each to rekey them.
Kwikset Ultramax Handlesets ordered with the 1-7/8" - 2-1/4" thick door
option are not returnable. Kwikset 508 Interconnected locksets are not
returnable.
Key alike charges are
not refundable.
Warranty Claims: Lockhouse.com will replace Kwikset products with manufacturing defects purchased direct from Lockhouse.com,
for a period of 90 days from your receipt of product. After 90 days
contact Kwikset Corporation Customer Service, 1-800-327-5625.
All you have to do is complete the
Return Request
Form. We will promptly provide you a Return Merchandise Authorization# with instructions by e-mail.
Packages delivered to Lockhouse.com without a Return Merchandise Authorization# will not be accepted from delivery agent.
