Returning Clearance Products
All products designated as Clearance, Closeout, or Final
Sale come with a 30-day satisfaction guarantee against manufacturing
defects.
Any defective product will be exchanged for like product. For more information about refunds, exchanges, and return deadlines, see

Product Specific Exceptions:
No refunds on products
designated as Clearance, Closeout or Final Sale.
Warranty Claims: Lockhouse.com will replace clearance products with manufacturing defects purchased direct from Lockhouse.com,
for a period of 90 days from your receipt of product. After 90 days
contact the product manufacturer for warranty claims.
If you have a defective Clearance product all you have to do is complete the
Return Request
Form. We will promptly provide you a with Authorization
for Exchange and instructions by e-mail.
Packages delivered to Lockhouse.com without a Return Merchandise Authorization# will not be accepted from delivery agent.
