Discount Codes
Lockhouse discount offers are based on a unique Discount Code. To receive a discount from any special discount offers, the discount code must be entered correctly. It is the responsibility of the Lockhouse website user to enter the Discount Code correctly. See How to Enter Discount Codes below.

If you enter the code correctly you will see the discount in your order before the order is confirmed. If you don't see your discount before you confirm your order, either you have entered the Discount Code incorrectly or the discount offer has expired. Once you confirm your order, everything is automated to process your order. 

How to Enter Discount Codes
The discount code is entered on the Customer Information Page. To arrive at this page you must add an item to your Shopping Cart and click on the Checkout. At the bottom of the Customer Information page, grouped in your Payment Information, there is an empty box preceded by the word, Discount Code (See example below).

Type your unique Discount Code into this box and once all your information is entered on this page, go to the bottom of the page and click on the "Select Shipping Method" button. You will be sent to the Confirm Order page where you will see a Discount Box in your Totals with your discount amount (see example below).

If there is no Discount box below TOTALS showing your discount amount, most often the discount code has been entered incorrectly or left out. If the Discount is not calculated, PLEASE DON'T CONFIRM YOUR ORDER, use the [Back] button in your browser and verify your discount code and correct it if necessary. If it is entered correctly and you still are not getting your discount, it is very possible the discount offer has expired. If all else fails, Contact Lockhouse for help.
