International orders are defined as anywhere outside the 48 Continental United States, Alaska,
and Hawaii. Lockhouse.com only ships via UPS for 100% for reliable
accountability of your package.
How do I ensure the security of my delivery?
We suggest
using a work address for your delivery if you are concerned with the
security of your package if it should be delivered while you are not at
home. You can also put in the comment section at check out for us to
ship your package "signature required". Lockhouse.com only ships via UPS
for reliable accountability of your package.
What if I enter my shipping
address incorrectly?
Just call
us toll free at 877-660-5625 and will make this change. If the package
has been shipped we will attempt to make an address correction with UPS
on an undelivered package. UPS charges $10.00 for an address correction.
This will be charge to the credit card used on the order.

What
if My In-Stock Order is Not Available to Ship Complete?
On
rare occasions Lockhouse.com may be unable to ship your in-stock
order complete and you will be notified by e-mail. We will hold
your order to ship all at once (minimizes shipping charges)
unless you instruct us to do otherwise. If you want us to send a
partial order, we will. If you elect to receive a partial order,
your invoice total will be adjusted to reflect only what was
shipped. If you desire to back order temporarily out-of-stock items, we will
ship them as they become available and apply shipping and new
merchandise charges to the credit card that was used on your
initial order.

Items with Different Usually Ships in ? Times
If
you purchase items with different available-to-ship times –
for example, a “Usually Ships in 24 Hours” item along with a
item that “Usually Ships in 2 Weeks” and needs to be
special ordered from the manufacturer – to minimize your shipping costs, Lockhouse.com will hold shipment of your order until it is complete.
If you need Lockhouse.com to make a partial shipment please
notify us by e-mail and we will ship items that are in-stock and the remaining special order items as they
become available. Choosing this option means that you will pay
the shipping and handling costs for each package. We make
every effort to combine shipments so you receive your order as
fast as possible while minimizing shipping charges.
