  General Return Policy      Return Request Form
Please click the links to the left for product-specific refund policy. If you're not pleased with your purchase, we'll gladly refund your money, less any applicable restocking fees, provided:

1. Products are returnable. (See product specific refund polices on left). Items marked on the order page
"Manufactured to order" are not returnable. All items custom ordered for a customer are non returnable.  All items indicated clearance or discontinued are non returnable. All returned stock items are subject to a 15% Restock fee. All returned Special Order items are subject to a 25-35% Restock Fee. Key alike charges, additional keys, and shipping charges are not refundable.
2. Your return request is made within 30 days of receipt of order.
3. You return all the parts that Lockhouse included with the product.
4. The product has not been installed and is returned in the original packaging supplied by the manufacturer in new condition. All products must be returned to us packaged within outer packaging. (Manufacturer's original product packaging that has been defaced, written on, or taped up with a label and postage applied to it will be considered damaged, will not be accepted, and will be returned to you at your expense.)
5. Lockhouse.com is in receipt of your return within 45 days of your receipt of order.
6. It is not a Custom configured Emtek Product. See specific Emtek Return Policy HERE.
7. Customer is responsible for return shipping. Deliveries that are refused will incur return shipping charges as well as a $10.00 refusal fee.

In the event of a manufacturing defect, Lockhouse will replace the product at no cost to you for a period of 90 days from date of purchase via UPS ground service. After 90 days, all warranty claims will be directed to the respective manufacturer. Shipping costs will not be refunded if you do not elect replacement of the defective product as shipping charges would be incurred regardless.

Lockhouse.com will not refund any shipping charges or waive restock fees based on color or finish expectations or color variations as viewed by a computer monitor or by error in intended use. If you are unsure of the actual color of the product you are ordering, we suggest ordering a sample before you commit to the full order.  

Products returned that have been installed, missing or damaged packaging, open screw hardware packages, and/or missing parts, will be accessed a restocking fee that will vary from 15% up to the full purchase price.  If your return arrives with internal damage you will be notified and you will have the option to file a claim with your shipping agent or instruct Lockhouse to return it to you.

All you have to do is complete the Return Request Form. We will promptly provide you a Return Merchandise Authorization Number with instructions by e-mail. Packages delivered to Lockhouse.com without a Return Merchandise Authorization Number will not be accepted from delivery agent.
