Using Your Account
Wondering about the status of your order? Want to change
your account information? Want to print your order? Want to see if you
order has shiped? Whatever you need to do, you can do yourself through
Your Account.
Click on "Your Account" in the green navigation
bar at the top of each page on our web site. We'll ask you to sign in with
the e-mail address and password associated with your account. (If you
forgot your password, you can enter your e-mail address and check the "If
you have registered and forgot your password enter your e-mail address"
box, click on the "Sign In" button and we will e-mail it to you.
If you are a new customer and haven't
placed an order with us yet, you do not need to register or open an
account with us first. You will create an account at the time that you
