Your Emtek order
is custom manufactured and will usually arrive to you in approximately 2 weeks. What does this mean to you? It simply means when you order a custom manufactured Emtek Product you need to be prepared to wait two weeks from the date of your order before your order arrives on you doorstep. Most of our Emtek orders are shipped 5-7 days from the date of order and our customers are pleasantly surprised when they receive their order quicker than expected. The beauty of Emtek Products is it is a custom manufactured program with thousands of possible configurations to design door hardware that achieves your taste and originality. This is why you won't find Emtek Products on a store shelf. Some of our competitors don't make note on their web site when you will receive your order, leading you to believe they stock these products (they don't). Others state unrealistic lead times that create customer dissatisfaction with the online retailer. We choose to be honest with you and if time constraints prohibit you from waiting two weeks to receive your order, we understand.
